About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in both backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular, React) development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable web applications, have strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and Angular on the frontend.

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with various frontend and third-party systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, DevOps) to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

• Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) activities.

Required Skill Set

Backend Skills

• Proficient in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Spring Security

• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and MySQL

• Experience in developing RESTful Web Services (Mandatory)

Frontend Skills

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON

• Strong experience in Angular (Mandatory) and exposure to React

• Hands-on experience consuming RESTful APIs

• Familiar with third-party libraries, APIs, and integrations

• Preferable experience with Hybrid Mobile App Development (Ionic / Angular / Cordova)

• Understanding of modern UI design principles and trends

Additional / Desirable Skills

• Proficient with Git or other version control systems

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Gerrit, Jenkins, GitHub Actions

• Exposure to Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, XP)

• Ability to manage multiple environments (dev, staging, production)

• Strong debugging and optimization skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
