Iron Mountain subcontracted Lexicon to integrate Salesforce to Oracle Data Warehouse.

• Sales, Marketing & Service team had no visibility of core data which existed in back-end Oracle system
• Oracle Data warehouse database has no mechanism to efficiently push data to Salesforce
• ETL tools not competent to handle communication to Salesforce platform
• Extremely complex transformation rules since format of data was cryptic in Oracle DW environment
